For the starting season our client is looking for a Camp Manager & Host to take care of their lodge. The main purpose is to oversee all aspects of the camp operation on site and create an environment in which other employees can perform at their optimum. It is the responsibility of the Camp Manager to monitor hospitality service, maintenance and structural upkeep including gardening and housekeeping standards in the camp. The guests arrive on day one and you are the person to accommodate them in whatever they need. Besides that you are responsible for the local staff at the camp, all logistics involved and report to the head office in Malawi.

The DFO will rigorously implement international agribusiness best practice to drive quality and reliability of farm operations. The DFO will have substantial and broad experience of managing large production sites (not nessesarily agricultural) within challenging (preferably rural) environments. While the role is not technical, livestock production and processing experience is preferred.
